P/N: BT ANR L2
Condition: New
The UFQ BT L2 is an in-ear active noise reduction (ANR) aviation headset with built-in Bluetooth, and at roughly 175 g (0.39 lb) it’s one of the lightest ANR headsets made — comfortable on long legs and in hot cockpits where over-ear cups get heavy. It’s positioned as a value alternative to premium in-ear ANR headsets like the Bose ProFlight Series 2, at a fraction of the price.
Noise control combines active ANR with passive in-ear isolation (UFQ rates the combination at up to 52 dB of reduction). If the batteries run low or are off, it keeps working as a passive (PNR) headset — you’re never without comms. A UFQ noise-canceling electret microphone (M7-U on the current version) keeps transmissions clear, with the boom placing the mic right at your mouth.
Bluetooth pairs two devices at once — phone plus music, or a handheld aviation radio (ICOM, Yaesu) — with three audio-priority modes (Auto / Mix / Off) that control how Bluetooth and Aux behave when a radio call comes in. A 3.5 mm Aux input and link cable is included for wired audio.
Power is 2× AA (about 20–25 hours), with a USB-C input to run from a power bank on long days. Dual volume controls, mono/stereo switch, low-battery voice prompt, and auto shut-off round it out.
Each headset ships with a carry bag and six pairs of ear tips — three silicone (S/M/L) and three memory foam (S/M/L) — to dial in fit and passive isolation. Left-side boom is standard; right-side boom available on request.
Best suited to GA piston and turbine cabins. For very high-noise environments — open cockpits, warbirds, some helicopters — an over-ear model like the UFQ A7/A28 is the better pick.
